I was a little too tryptophan-induced-sleepy today to really get out and shop but I posted a great list of online Black Friday deals last night that I took full advantage of! Actually, there isn’t enought tryptophan in turkey to cause sleepiness. Turkey has less tryptophan than chicken! It’s the combo of turkey and carbs that makes a person groggy/sleepy… Just throwing a little science love out there 🙂
