60s Mod Double Winged Liner | Disney Minnie & Sephora Collection

Hi my princesses!

I teamed up with Disney last week to create a 60s mod double winged liner look using some pieces from the new Disney Minnie x Sephora collection. The pieces are to die for and I just love the packaging, it’s a perfect collection that all ages would love! What item are you lusting after the most? My favorite cosmetic piece is the Minnie’s World in Color Eyeshadow Palette – there are 20 shades that range from mattes to shimmers, super pigmented! My favorite accessory is definitely the Reflection of Minnie Compact Mirror, a forever staple in my purse now. So cute!

Happy shopping!!! Let me know what you guys pick up!

Sephora Collection Highlight Lowlight Face Contour Duo | Review

Happy Sunday! I was in Puerto Rico this week and just got back a few hours ago — *big stretch*. While I catch up on all of my shows I missed while away I wanted to share with you a new cream contour product I tried out last week! Sephora Collection Highlight Lowlight Face Contour Duo is so great for first timers as it’s so easy to learn and figure out your own technique with it. The product is very easy to blend into the skin and the finish is soft; perfect for daytime looks for those that don’t fancy a heavy or harsh contour (or highlight!). I tried out both Medium and Tan, both worked great but since the finish is more on the sheer side (sheer for me and my contour aesthetic lol) I prefer using Tan. I still reach for Medium when I throw on a light lick of makeup for everyday looks though! This stick is at a great price point of $20, available at Sephora!

My Favorite Products for Keratosis Pilaris | Arm Bumps

I’ve always had “chicken skin” on the backs of my arms for as long as I can remember, and being a brown-skinned woman I felt like the bumps were very noticeable at times. I hated them but keratosis pilaris isn’t anything abnormal or uncommon so I didn’t really dwell on them.…

My Favorite Skin Brightening Products

Skincare has been a bit of a journey for me. Growing up there was so much pressure to stay out of the sun, not for our health but to not get “dark”. Ah post-colonial mindsets.. don’t even get me started on skin whitening creams (LITERAL cancers to society) but I…
