Mod Bridal Makeup – Priscilla Presley Inspired

Ahh it’s finally the weekend, this was one of the busiest weeks for me so I’m so happy to finally get to wind down. Before I get to my much needed TLC I have a new tutorial for youuu!

As I was typing up my last post and had Priscilla Presley on my mind I realized that I just had to try and recreate her gorgeous bridal makeup. I love the iconic 60s double winged liner, I don’t know how these ladies had the patience – it was so hard and time consuming for me but I think I did pretty alright!!! I hope you guys like it 🙂 I had to complete my look with my Desio lenses in creamy beige. Enjoy!

60s Bollywood Makeup

Hi Everyone!

I was watching one of those 100 years of beauty videos and was really enjoying seeing all the different styles and trends through the decades. 60s style has always been my favorite – dramatic eyes & huge hair; a very glamorous style but prim & proper at the same time. I was googling Bollywood looks and was surprised to see how much India’s trends paralleled the west, even way before the internet! Today I created a 60s Bollywood inspired look – dramatic winged liner, heavy blush, & just a super soft and sweet feminine look all around. Enjoy!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick // Swatches

Happy Friday!!

Anastasia Beverly Hills’ Summer Collection is available today! 7 new eyeshadows, 6 creme colors and 2 liquid lipsticks!! I’ll get swatches (& hopefully a look!) up tomorrow using the products but today I finally have my lip swatch video of all 22 shades of ABH Liquid Lipstick!!! It took me forever to get around to film this but I’m glad I waited because I was able to include the two new shades that are releasing today: Craft & Unicorn. These lippies have been so popular and all of the swatches I saw when they released got me super excited but I was nervous because I wasn’t able to find swatches on anyone with a similar skintone to mine

Tarte Beauty in the Basics set

Hello my Tartelettes!!

So sorry for being so MIA this past week, I was sick in bed allllll week but it’s Monday now and I’m back on my feet! I have an exciting deal to share with you today! Tarte’s Beauty in the Basics 6 pc color collection is available today only on QVC for $47.96 (Regularly $58). I absolutely love Tarte’s products but especially their eyeshadows; they’re so creamy and the color payoff is fantastic. Their Miracles From the Amazon eyeshadow palette is one of my staples that I’m constantly reaching for so I knew i’d love this new one! I wasn’t able to create a look for today since I was so sick last week but I made sure to include some swatches!

Viceroy Santa Monica w/ Shay Mitchell + Makeup Tutorial

Hello my loves!

Last weekend my GF Eman & I enjoyed a little girls-staycation at the Viceroy Hotel in Santa Monica thanks to Palm Breeze! They were having their launch party there and we were so excited to have a mini weekend getaway and to meet Shay Mitchell who was hosting; we just love her and her travel videos!! Our room was so beautiful and relaxing with a perfect view of the party – we were literally smack dab right above it! The event was poolside so even though I didn’t wear any color I got a little playful with my makeup using the new Anastasia Beverly Hills Artist Palette which i swatched earlier this week! I love love love this palette and was obsessed with how my makeup turned out. I absolutely love blues and purples on brown eyes so Unicorn, the palette’s periwinkle shade, was so flattering on my eyeballs! I recreated it today and hope you guys love this tutorial!! I’ve also included photos from the event and our stay below and also stuck in our snapchat stories (which made a great vlog btw!) at the end of the tutorial! There’s a reason why I call this an All Things Beautiful blog, I’m literally all over the place talking about a million different things at once.. just like IRL. lol!
