Anastasia Beverly Hills Artist Palette (Limited Edition)

I think I speak for the vast majority when I say that I’m a sucker for neutral palettes but I’m so excited about this loud beauty that Anastasia Beverly Hills just released last week, the Artist Palette! I’ve been dying to swatch this baby ever since it arrived in the mail but I had to hold myself back until I could take some product photos sans fingerprints. This palette features 12 colors ranging from matte to shimmer with a couple neutral-ish shades but mostly highly pigmented summer colors.

This palette is supposed to compliment a neutral palette to create practically any look you want so pull out one of your 92387498435843 neutral palettes and get to experimenting! The Artist Palette is limited edition and I see it’s already out of stock on the ABH website. It is still available, however, at Sephora, Ulta, Macy’s for $30

Be a Glow Getter

Happy Monday! If you guys keep up with me on social media, I’m sure you saw I was in New York City last month shooting with Guerlain, what an honor! Guerlain is simply iconic. They launched the first bronzer over 30 years ago, so believe me when I say that they know glow. The Terracotta line has grown so much over the years to include glow getter powders in so many different finishes and shades to achieve different kinds of glow: a classic bronzed glow or a natural, healthy glow. Offering a little something for everyone the Terracotta bronzers are available in natural matte finishes as well as a shimmery finish for that extra sparkle.

Think about in what moment you’re always told that you’re glowing, and then we can figure out how to replicate that magic. For me, my husband always tells me that I’m most radiant when I wake up in the morning. While I, a glam girl, might not fully agree – I’m sure he’s on to something and in that case beauty rest must be a real thing! The hustle, bustle, and stresses of the day slowly chip away at the glow I wake up with, so I have to fake it while still achieving a healthy and natural finish.

Spring Coral Makeup

Hi guys! I just put up a peachy/coral spring makeup tutorial that’d be perfect for anything glammy you have going on this season. Since it’s full coverage and a little heavier it’d be great for prom! I collaborated with It Cosmetics on this video and I’m so excited, I did a winter look with them last year and I’ve fallen in love with their products ever since. They’re all multi-functional products that tie together beauty and skincare.. beautifully, ha. All of their products were created with plastic surgeons and dermatologists and are all clinically proven to do what they claim to do! You can learn more about them and their product line in my video but let me just tell you that their brushes are bomb, seriously some of my faves. Enjoy

LA Girl Matte Flat Finish Pigment Gloss

Happy Monday everyone!! I’m so excited for this post 🙂

A couple weeks ago I rambled on my Instagram about wanting to start doing product reviews & features on my blog. My makeup collection is getting larger & more overwhelming every day (#hoarderproblems). And what do I do when I get overwhelmed? I avoid! Ironically, as my collection gets larger I, as a result, use fewer products & find myself constantly using the same few items in all of my looks because my things aren’t organized and/or I feel like I haven’t had the time to really try the products and see if I could love something new. Not only does doing product features like this let me sit down and properly experiment, but it allows me to show you everything as opposed to just the one shade I decided to use in a look. This is my first time taking product photos so bear with me as I learn & improve!

Without further ado, today I have for you LA Girl Cosmetics‘ brand new Matte Flat Finish Pigment Gloss.. in all 16 shades!
